Motioned by John DeFrance, second by Melissa Jenoff, the minutes from January meeting were approved as distributed.

Motioned to accept as adjusted by Jay Crafton, second by Bruce Sekanick.

Website

Melissa sent out notice via email of updates to the site. Suggestion made by Bruce Sekanick to add categories (ex: residential renovations, school, healthcare, etc.) with firms listed for people calling for inquiries of architects. Also, add to the answer machine message to go to the local website for these listings.

Continuing Ed

John DeFrance is making arrangements for a rep to do a presentation on metal roofing products for March. Anyone with suggestions as what they would like to have as a topic for a CE lunch, pass the information on to John. Add this to the survey going out.

Political Action / PR

Bruce is putting together a letter to go out in March along with a survey to the members and non-members.

Ohio Director

Tim is going to put together a mailing to all members regarding the Legislative Day slated for May 20^th.

Old Business

John has sent payment to The Vindicator for the ad on the back cover of the awards insert. There was discussion to continue the awards insert and to pursue advertising in the Business Journal. Jay will research on various venues to advertise.

Joe Makosky will contact Paul Ricciuti regarding the presentation to the board the proposal for Smokey Hollow.

New Business

Motion by John DeFrance, second by Jo Makosky to make a $100.00 donation to the Youngstown Foundation in memory of Chuck Schafer.
